Wow! It seems like ages ago that LIVE SALON consisted only of Amanda. Fast forward almost 4 1/2 short years and the team now has 8 members. Holy Crap! How did that happen?
Despite 2020 being the year of the pandemic, LIVE SALON still thrived. We were resilient. We stayed active. We kept current and relevant. It is only natural that LIVE SALON would grow in size.
During the shut down, we added on over 250 square feet to the salon to accommodate a new lash room, body waxing room, and nail room. We added a full time support lead and part time guest coordinator, stylist and assistant, and nail artist.
We are killing the game.
But honestly, we are not doing this alone. We have you, our guests, to thank for supporting our small business. The service industry was one of the hardest hit industries during this time. We were told we were not essential. You believed otherwise. We thank you for that. You have no idea what it means to us that you continue to visit us, shop from us, and support us.
You shared our posts. You sent in referrals. You gave us gleaming reviews. You bought all your hair care from us via curbside pick up. You didn't give up on us. Believe us, we fight for you every day. You allowed us to grow. In fact, you sincerely encouraged it.
We know 2021 will not be much different as far as the pandemic goes but we believe that we are in the up swing of getting to what they are calling "the new normal". What we do know is that 2021 will be a year of gratitude for us. This year we are devoted to showing you our sincere thanks and gratitude.
We are growing to assure top notch customer service. You will always know that you are special when you walk through the doors of LIVE SALON. You mean the world to us. You keep are doors open. You know that we will always encourage you to Live Beautifully, Live Confidently, and continue to Empower and be empowered. We all need that support. Whether we are just your place to vent about homeschooling children or how you cannot stand your husband breathing anymore, we are here for you. Whether you are in school studying for your masters or trying to just get by as a waitress, we are here for you. We are here for you to look and feel like your best self. Even if it isn't 100%, we will die trying to get you there.
