Pricing varies on the vicinity of where the services are to take place. Additional travel fees may occur if farther than 25 miles.

TIPS & TIMELINE

RECEIVING MORE SERVICES AT LIVE SALON?

WE SUGGEST SPRAY TANS 2 DAYS BEFORE WEDDING DAY (DAY BEFORE REHEARSAL).

COLOR SHOULD BE DONE NO MORE THAN A WEEK BEFORE WEDDING DAY,

CUTS SHOULD BE DONE NO LESS THAN A MONTH BEFORE WEDDING DAY.

EXTENSION COLOR MATCHING SHOULD BE DONE 1-2 MONTH BEFORE WEDDING DAY AND COLOR SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED.

TRIAL SHOULD BE DONE NO MORE THAN 2 MONTHS BEFORE WEDDING DAY. WE HAVE GREAT MEMORIES BUT WE ARE HUMAN.

EYEBROW SGAPINGS, FACIAL WAXING, LASH LIFTS, AND BROW SERVICES SHOULD BE DONE 1 WEEK BEFORE WEDDING DAY.

LASH EXTENSIONS SHOULD BE DONE 3-5 DAYS BEFORE THE BIG DAY! DO A TRIAL IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE THEM BEFORE!

Wear a button up or top that can be easily taken off to not ruin the hair and makeup we just worked so hard on.

BRIDAL INFORMATION

On the wedding day, the services will be done following a schedule to ensure proper flow and relieve the day's stress. Every person receiving hair must have their hair dried before services. Hair may be clean or one day old. If hair is not dried, additional charges may incur. The bride will be in charge of the timeliness of others.

If on-location, the stylist(s) will need a designated space upon arrival at the venue. The bride is responsible for clearing the area before the stylist(s) arrival. The stylist(s) will also need chairs, ample lighting, and a nearby outlet.

LIVE SALON is not liable for any injuries that should arise while on -location unless fault of stylist(s). An adult must supervise children in the salon at all times. Any injuries or damages that may occur due to the lack of supervision are not a liability of LIVE SALON.

If services cannot be performed due to insufficient workspace or the delay of others, charges will still apply.

Fee Details

LIVE SALON asks for a nonrefundable retainer of 25% upon booking. The day of the wedding is reserved once a retainer is paid. The remainder of the payment will be due on the wedding day. Added services will incur additional fees and be payable on the wedding day. You are allowed to prepay before the wedding day. However, any other fees that may occur will still need to be paid upon finishing services rendered.

Additional Information

LIVE SALON has a 4-person minimum for travel weddings. You will be held accountable to pay an additional fee if under the minimum. If a wedding party member needs to cancel services, they must do so at least ten days before the wedding. After ten days prior, all fees will still be applicable by contract.

An automatic 20% gratuity will be applied in addition to the service cost. No additional gratuity is required.

It is first come, first serve, and the wedding date will not be reserved until retrieval of the retainer. If booked and a retainer is mailed, it will be returned to the bride.
