MAKING WAVES

A long-term program launched in 2011 by Wella and UNICEF in collaboration with hairstylists and clients around the world, the WELLA-UNICEF MAKING WAVES program offers the gift of education to vulnerable young people in emerging countries.

WATER FOOTPRINT

The less water, energy and other natural resources we use, the better. MalibuC reduces our environmental impact. They are committed to researching, developing and manufacturing wellness products that are earth-friendly. The bottles are totally recyclable and our wellness remedies are eco-chic, as they require minimal space in community landfills. We remain conscious of the importance of maintaining harmony with our universe.

This one hits close to home for us. We believe in empowering women especially those who have been in less than ideal situations. we will continue to benefit this cause over our lifespan here.

We here at Live Salon love when our client's decide to donate hair. We get to be creative and be a part of an amazing cause with you. We will personally mail and pay for postage to send your ponytail to your organization of choice.

As Amanda is an avid cat lover and our very dear client, Katelyn, is the owner of this organization, Live Salon has attended and donated to many of Wayward's events and causes.

amanda's Daughter is a competitive cheerleader so LIVE SALON sponsers the group every year by purchasing all the hair and makeup supplies.

WOMEN'S SPACE

Live Salon sells Inspirational Quote Tank Tops with their slogan in which the majority of the proceeds go to this organization under Allied Aid. Women's Space allows refugees in Greece to keep their dignity providing beauty services, meals, & shelter.

ONE GIRL CAN

Since 2012 with the help of AG products, One Girl Can has invested in rehabilitating four schools in Kenya and Uganda and has built much-needed classrooms, science labs, dormitories, washrooms and libraries. There are currently 78 high achieving girls, raised in extreme poverty, on full secondary school scholarships and 30 girls in university pursuing degrees that will lead to lucrative career.

CHRISTMAS ANGEL TREES

We have taken great pleasure in taking on shopping for children at the Holidays. We have supplied them with clothing, shoes, and a toy of their wishing. We will continue to do this for years to come.

Live Salon collected necessities to help the efforts in the relief of Hurricane Maria which wrecked havoc on Puerto Rico. We were able to collect numerous items including toiletries, batteries, and first aid kits.

HOPE FOR HEATHER

One of our very dear clients, Heather hunter, has dealt with Cystic Fibrosis and has already received a lifesaving double lung transplant. Lauren Connors, our Lumos nail artist, is now donating her kidney. We have tried to offset some expenses for them.

IN 2022, AMANDA & LIVE SALON DONATED OVER $4000 TO THIS AMAZING CHARITY AT THEIR ANNUAL GALA.
