Jalynn has done hair and makeup for fun for as long as she can remember. She always wanted to be just like her mom, a stylist. When she was a little girl, she watched her mom work in the salon and instantly knew that working in the beauty industry was her calling. Seeing people smile when they leave her chair, knowing they feel good about themselves, is Jalynn's passion. Her goal is to be her best and never stop learning or striving for success.

Jalynn is the perfect fit for the duty of salon manager. Jalynn assists in making sure the salon is consistently delivering the best customer service and helps the artist and guest relations. She also mentors the staff with one-on-one meetings once a month to help the team meet the goals set by the salon and those set by themselves. She believes teamwork makes the dream work, and it takes every one of the staff members to make the salon successful. She helps Amanda by being her right hand girl. Being able to pass on leadership skills is something LIVE SALON believes in. Both, Jalynn & Amanda believe a sense of ownership is crucial to the survival of a small business and to staff members feeling apart of something bigger.
