HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:
Bring in you original Surface Shampoo or Conditioner bottle. A staff member or artist will weigh the original bottle. They will then refill the bottle with the matching product. After refilling, the bottle will be weighed again. You will be charged per the ounce refilled.

You can save up to 30% of the price of a new bottle. What could be better than that?
